The middle floor, which can be accessed via the external stairs and a pergola, contains the living quarters and a large work desk at the windows facing the lake. The open timber framework provides a view into a modern and fully equipped kitchen and the hallway. The open space underneath the roof contains the bedroom with two beds and an additional work desk. The apartment is centrally heated from the Villa and also features a chimney stove. WLAN is available.
